The Birmingham 8 is an eight screen movie theatre nestled in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Michigan.  Originally built as a one screen movie theatre in 1927, was rebuilt and restored in 1996 as a multiplex to show first-run motion pictures.

The Birmingham Theatre has been recognized architecturally for its design and layout by the American Institute of Architecture.

Additionally, the Birmingham Theatre features state-of-the-art amenities, including the highest quality digital projection equipment, stadium seating, high-back reclining seats, Dolby Digital sound systems and super-size screens.
